Juvenile Hall Ministry
Weekly ministry at Eastlake Juvenile Hall. Bible teaching, presence, prayer for incarcerated youth in our city.
Jesus told us to go. So we do. Weekly ministry across South L.A., monthly distributions for our neighbors, and an annual mission of educators to Haiti every June since 2014.
We carry the gospel into places people don't always expect to see it. Locked rooms at Eastlake Juvenile Hall. Quiet hallways at South Bay Convalescent Home. Front rooms at His Sheltering Arms Women's Shelter. Streets in our neighborhood where someone is hungry today.
Internationally, our annual June mission to Haiti brings teachers and educators alongside our partners on the ground. The work is sustained, not photogenic. We've kept it up every year since 2014.
If you're a believer with skills, time, or willingness, we have somewhere for you to serve. The Great Commission isn't a slogan here.
