Jesus told us to go. So we do. Weekly ministry across South L.A., monthly distributions for our neighbors, and an annual mission of educators to Haiti every June since 2014.
What we do
Faith with our hands full.
We carry the gospel into places people don't always expect to see it. Locked rooms at Eastlake Juvenile Hall. Quiet hallways at South Bay Convalescent Home. Front rooms at His Sheltering Arms Women's Shelter. Streets in our neighborhood where someone is hungry today.
Internationally, our annual June mission to Haiti brings teachers and educators alongside our partners on the ground. The work is sustained, not photogenic. We've kept it up every year since 2014.

Convalescent Home Ministry
Worship, Communion, and presence with our elders who can not make it to the sanctuary, including South Bay Convalescent Home.
Drug Rehabilitation Ministry
Pastor Lewis serves monthly at Cannon Drug Rehab. The gospel for people in recovery, with no condition attached.
Skid Row Ministry
Showing up where Los Angeles is most forgotten. Food, prayer, and the name of Jesus on the streets of skid row.
Street Witnessing Ministry
Door to door, corner to corner. Sharing Christ with neighbors who may never walk into a church on their own.
Sick & Shut-in Communion
Communion, prayer, and pastoral presence brought to members and neighbors who are homebound or hospitalized.
Women's Transition Home Ministry
Walking with women rebuilding their lives, including ministry partnerships like His Sheltering Arms.
Community Feeding
Hot meals and grocery distributions for neighbors in our zip code every month.
Meals for Missions
Meals prepared and shared as part of our ongoing missions work, both locally and for visiting teams.
Annual Toy Giveaway
Christmas joy delivered to families in our neighborhood every year. Toys, food, and the gospel.
Pre-Thanksgiving Community Luncheon
Free food, music, and fellowship for the neighborhood, hosted on our campus the week before Thanksgiving.
Educator mission to Haiti
Pastor Lewis leads teachers and educators on a sustained mission to partners in Haiti every June.

At New Antioch
A church embedded in its city.
After the 1992 unrest, our founder opened a Community Training Center on this campus. The reflex to meet need with presence has been part of New Antioch ever since.
